Her responsibilities include maintenance of the church calendar and scheduling the use of the church facilities for church and community functions. She also works with the cleaning contractors to ensure that the facilities are clean and properly set up for each activity. Roberta greets visitors. He is responsible for the MacPherson Church Youth Fellowship. Hank plans the programs, activities, bible studies, and mission activities for the youth group with the assistance of the youth advisors and the youth. He works with the minister and the church organist in planning the music for the contemporary service at 9 AM and the morning worship service at 11 AM on Sundays.
