CHURCH SCHOOL

The Bible is our basic resource for Christian living.  Understanding it is a lifelong search, since we are unable to grasp its full truths at any one time in life.  The purpose of Church School is to help persons of all ages in this search.  Participation in Church School enables persons to:

  • learn the content of the Bible.
  • understand their lives in light of the biblical message.
  •  recognize and deal with tensions between biblical truth and the realities of living in the modern world.
  • respond as faithful disciples of Jesus Christ.

Whether married or single, working or in college, regardless of age, there is a class for you in the Church School at MacPherson Presbyterian Church to help you study the Bible systematically and discover how truly it is “the book of life”.

Church School begins at 9:30 a.m. each Sunday morning with refreshments and devotion in the Fellowship Hall.  At 9:50 the elementary children sing for 10 minutes. Church School classes convene at 10 a.m.  A crib nursery, attended by caring adults, is provided each Sunday.
